Guild of Blades Publishing Return Policy and Customer Support

Consumer Return Policy

For product bought directly from the Guild of Blades Publishng Group, either through our web page, at a convention or show or through one of our retail store partners, we do not offer a return option. That being said, we are here to support you to make sure you get the most out of the game you did purchase. If your game was purchased new, either from us or through one of our retail partners, and it came damaged or with a packaging/ manufacturing defect, please read the supoort options listed below.

For Product Questions:
Please visit our Facebook Page. Your can send us a message through that page or.

For Game Discussions:
The Guild has a facebook group for each of our primary product lines. You can ask questions there and get a response from the Guild and or other players. You can visit our list of facebook Discussion Groups.

For Product Damages:
Just purchased a new copy of a game from us or one of our authorized retailers? If the game you recieved arrives damaged, please contact the seller. If the seller was the Guild, please take a picture of the damage and e-mail it to rjohnson@guildofblades.com within 2 days of its arrival. Provide your name and shipping address and we can replace the damaged components free of charge.

For Product Defects:
If your gamne was a new boxed product and the game box has no damage and is still in shrink wrap, but has defects with the contents inside, weather you purchased it from the Guild our one of our authorized resellers, contact us at rjohnson@guildofblades.com within 1 week or your purchase. Please provide the following:
- Your Name
- Your Shipping Address
- List of Missing Items
- List and Picture of Defective Items
- Name of Retailer Purchased From (if not from us directly)

For Product Defects of Used Items:
The Guild of Blades Publishing Group can only offer a warranty on the use and condition of newly purchased items. That being said, we do wish to support anyone who would like to play our games. If you have acquired a game second hand that is missing parts, we MAY still be able to help. We keep many parts on hand for current editions of games and even sold older editions and may be able to help. Please send the same information as above and if we have the parts, we can offer to send them to you at cost plus the cost of shipping to you. How much that may be will depends on the parts and an estimate of the shipping.
